Compliance

Compliance with the regulatory framework

e-ROE is designed for the requirements of the Greek public sector.

Law 4412/2016 & amendments

Thresholds and award procedures embedded in the flows, configurable per organisation.

ΚΗΜΔΗΣ & ΔΙΑΥΓΕΙΑ

Automatic protocol assignment, publication and retrieval of signed documents.

GDPR (EU 2016/679)

Data minimisation, data-subject rights, consent logging and a complete audit trail.

Digital accessibility (Law 4727/2020, arts. 36-45)

The duty is your body's — the application is the means. Roe is built to WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 so that duty is satisfiable, and art. 54(1) of Law 4412/2016 makes accessibility a technical specification in any contract intended for use by natural persons.

myDATA / ΑΑΔΕ

Fetching the documents issued to the body, matching them to the purchase order, and classifying the expense — directly over the ΑΑΔΕ REST interface for ERP users, with no certified e-invoicing provider. The provider obligation falls on whoever issues the invoice, not on the body receiving it.

Accrual accounting

GL/accounting-code keeping on every expense line, with amounts held in whole minor units so no rounding error can arise, and automatic fixed-asset detection from the accounting code.

Integrations

Connects to the systems you already use.

  • Your organisation's own systems
  • Electronic Protocol
  • ΔΙΑΥΓΕΙΑ
  • ΚΗΜΔΗΣ
  • myDATA / e-Invoicing
  • SSO (SAML / OIDC)
  • LDAP / AD

Integration availability depends on your subscription plan and on the interoperability capabilities of your own system.
