2. Legal basis for this disclosure
- Law 4919/2022 art. 22 §§3-5 — the Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. number must appear on the company's websites, together with the legal form, the name, the place of the seat and any liquidation, in a prominent place; where capital is mentioned, both the subscribed and the paid-up figures are given.
- Presidential Decree 131/2003 art. 4 (Directive 2000/31/EC) — easy, direct and permanent access to the name, the geographic address, the e-mail address, the register and registration number, and the VAT identification number.
3. Publicity and supervision
Publicity of the company's corporate acts is effected through the General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) and its website; this page does not substitute for it. Annual financial statements are published in the Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.
Enforcement of Presidential Decree 131/2003 rests with the General Secretariat of Commerce of the Ministry of Development.

Development and licensing of software for the management of public expenditure, procurement and fixed assets, with accompanying deployment, configuration, training and support services. The activity is not subject to an authorisation scheme and is not a regulated profession, so points (e) and (f) of art. 4 §1 of P.D. 131/2003 do not apply.
