Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of this website. A body's use of the platform is governed by the separate licence and services agreement.
1. Who we are
This website is owned and operated by GEORGIOS ZEAKIS, a Greek sole trader (ατομική επιχείρηση) with its registered seat in ΗΡΑΚΛΕΙΟ ΚΡΗΤΗΣ (ΕΘΝΙΚΗΣ ΑΝΤΙΣΤΑΣΕΩΣ 176, ΗΡΑΚΛΕΙΟ ΚΡΗΤΗΣ, 71307), General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) no. 186886927000, VAT no. EL063484969 (tax office ΗΡΑΚΛΕΙΟΥ), e-mail info@e-roe.gr, telephone +306937085785.
The full information required by art. 22 of Law 4919/2022 and art. 4 of P.D. 131/2003 is published on the Company details page.
2. Scope
These terms govern the use of this website only. Use of the e-ROE platform by an organisation is governed by the separate licence and services agreement signed with that organisation; nothing here amends or supplements it.
The website addresses public sector bodies and businesses (B2G/B2B) and not consumers. There is no online shop, no ordering or payment facility, and no contract is concluded through the site.
3. The content is not an offer
Feature descriptions, plans and any indication of price on this website constitute an invitation to make offers, not an offer to contract. Our being bound by the content of the website is expressly excluded under art. 186 of the Greek Civil Code (read with arts. 185, 187 and 192). Only a written, individual quotation from us is binding.
Public sector purchases follow the procedures the law and each body's own rules prescribe; this website neither substitutes for nor prejudges any such procedure.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, structure, graphics, images, the logo and the marks — and the e-ROE software are protected by copyright (Law 2121/1993) and trade mark law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may read, save and print pages for your own internal use or to prepare a procurement procedure. Republication, modification or commercial exploitation requires our prior written permission.
e-ROE builds on open-source components. Their licences are observed and credited; we assert no proprietary rights over those components.
5. Acceptable use
- Give accurate and truthful information when you contact us.
- Do not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, interference, automated bulk data collection, or disruption of the service.
6. Information, not legal advice
This website refers to Law 4412/2016, Presidential Decree 80/2016, ΚΗΜΔΗΣ, ΔΙΑΥΓΕΙΑ, myDATA and other provisions. Those references are general information and do not constitute legal, accounting or tax advice. The framework changes frequently and its application depends on each body's own facts. For any specific matter, consult your own services and advisers.
7. Availability and accuracy
The website is provided «as is». We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, but give no warranty of completeness, currency or uninterrupted availability, and may change or discontinue it without notice.
Our liability is governed by the Greek Civil Code and is neither excluded nor limited by these terms, consistently with art. 332 of that Code.
8. Links to third-party websites
This website may link to third-party sites (for example legislative sources or public registers). Those sites are outside our control; a link is not an endorsement and we accept no responsibility for their content.
9. Commercial communications
All content on this website is a commercial communication of our company and is clearly identifiable as such, in accordance with art. 5 of Presidential Decree 131/2003. We host no third-party advertising and publish no sponsored content.
10. Data protection
Processing of personal data through this website is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Our role as a processor for client bodies is set out on the GDPR page.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stay in force and the invalid provision is replaced by one consistent with its purpose. The parties declare that the validity of the remaining terms does not depend on the invalid one, within the meaning of art. 181 of the Greek Civil Code.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, bearing the date of last update shown above.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of ΗΡΑΚΛΕΙΟ ΚΡΗΤΗΣ have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website. This clause does not concern relationships with consumers, to whom the website is not addressed.
