Is Roe suitable for our type of organisation?
Yes. e-ROE is configured per organisation type (Municipality, Hospital, University, Research organisation and more) with the corresponding org chart, roles, thresholds and document templates.
Where is our data hosted?
Your data is hosted in the EU. On the Enterprise plan each organisation receives its own separate, isolated installation — it is not a shared (multi-tenant) system.
Does it support ΔΙΑΥΓΕΙΑ and ΚΗΜΔΗΣ?
Yes, with automatic or manual publication, protocol assignment and retrieval of the digitally signed document.
Can it connect to the central system we already use?
As a rule yes, provided your system exposes an interface (an API, a web service, or file exchange in a standard format). e-ROE is not tied to a particular vendor: we build the connection on the interface your own system exposes — back-office/ERP, electronic protocol register, HR registry — and we already connect to ΔΙΑΥΓΕΙΑ, ΚΗΜΔΗΣ, myDATA and LDAP/SSO. Where no interface is available we scope it from scratch together with that system's vendor. Availability depends on your subscription plan and on the interoperability capabilities of your own system.
How long does deployment take?
It depends on size and integrations. We handle configuration, data migration and user training.
Is it built on open source?
Yes. e-ROE is built exclusively on open-source software and open standards, with no lock-in to proprietary vendors.
